Works wonders for sucking in my waist. Due to my short torso I do have to be careful with wearing lower cut bottoms though because it really cuts into the middle of my waist creating a roll. Great for under tight fitting dresses and as a top with high waisted bottoms

I am 5’5 150lbs and I got a xs it’s so comfortable but snatches me up so good!! I usually wear a medium in both bottoms and top because I have wide shoulders and most of my weight comes from my thighs and butt. I never buy bodysuits because I also have a long torso and they just never fit right but this fits me so well!!!

Don't be scared , it's small as hell in the pack.Fasten it and pull it on like underwear. I put it on over my footless tights ...comfortable all day. My boobs stayed excellent. Take your arms out to use the bathroom...its a struggle so go when you gotta go don't bs . Once it's on its on it doesn't move and it snatches ⚘️ excellent compression!
